Customer Service & Warm Room Representative

Location: Guelph, Ontario
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Warm Room Support is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking accountability for each customer contact and by ensuring that all customer requirements are met. Work in the Warm Room section of the DC supports deliveries with accuracy and order fulfillment.

 

Primary Duties

Work Location: In person

Customer Service

  • Strong communication skills
  • Comply with all OSHA safety requirements, work rules and regulations.
  • Follow systems and procedures outlined in company manuals.
  • Participate as a key team player by supporting operations as needed.
  • Invoicing products to be shipped out to customers.
  • A strong contributor to order fulfillment.
  • Support customer ordering by providing superior customer service, identifying options, and presenting in a professional manner.
  • Work with concerned customers to resolve in a mutually acceptable manner.
  • Liaison between logistics, customer service and sales.
  • Other responsibilities as needed.

Warm Room Support

  • Pick orders
  • Receive inventory
  • Work directly with Purchasing to ensure order fulfillment
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Requirements

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook) High level of professionalism and ability to prioritize tasks. 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with outline.

  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with provided expectations.

  • Must be able to lift 25kgs repeatedly as required.

  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak on the telephone.
