Manager of Operations – Retail
Location: Fluid
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
The Retail Operations Manager works to support the day-to-day operations for all Retail locations and realize the growth requirements. Accountable for all employee successes, concerns and follow-up, inventory analytics, product selection, capital investments, training, health & safety compliance and new acquisitions. Being a liaison between logistics, and customers regarding inquires and concerns while maintaining professionalism and tact is a must.

Schedule:

Primary Duties
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead and supervise a team of managers and employees across various departments
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement measures to achieve operational goals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive productivity
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt to changing situations;
- Experience in employee management and/or experience in retail;
- Excellent problem-solving skills for both internal and external issues;
- Ability to drive sales and find opportunities for growth within the locations;
- Solid math skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Strong attention to detail and a strong sales aptitude;
- Intermediate Microsoft skills required;
- Must be hardworking, a self-starter and a problem solver;
- Demonstrate excellence in organization and time management skills as well as able to perform multiple tasks efficiently;
- Able to lift 50 lbs; and
- Participate in special projects as required.
