Sales Manager
Location: Guelph, Ontario

We specialize in field crop production, feed supplies, and grain handling. Starting as a farm-based business, we have grown into a provider of products, services, and knowledge and are looking for someone to lead the Sales team.

Primary Duties

On-farm sales call for both existing customers and prospects while supporting team initiatives.

Gain and promote knowledge of products and services offered.

Support customers' questions and provide relative solutions.

Meet training and performance objectives for the team through coaching and relationships between the sales team and customers.
Skills & Requirements
Previous experience in the ag-retail business would be an asset. Completion or interest in the Certified Crop Advisor program. Knowledge of I.P. soybean and grain marketing programs. An active interest/participant in community events.
